As Saint Patrick's Day is quickly approaching, you might consider celebrating it in Dublin. First of all, you must wonder what are the Irish celebrating on Saint Patrick's Day. Well, this is a religious celebration held each year on March 17 in honor of Saint Patrick (AD 385–461), the patron saint of Ireland. This day commemorates Saint Patrick and the arrival of Christianity in Ireland, while also celebrating the Irish culture.

Influentele perioadei comuniste inca se resimt pe alocuri, prin arhitectura rigida a cladirilor aflate in orasul nou (“Nove Mesto”), care se intinde la sud de Dunare.

As the winter holiday approaches, more and more people are interested in discovering destinations fit for winter sports, with beautiful landscapes and tasty local cuisine. Austria should surely be on their bucket list, as it bursts with charming villages and small towns, such as Gmunden and Hallstat. Here are some short descriptions of these two picturesque places that I enjoyed visiting two years ago.

Why Seville (Spain) is a great winter destination

Seville is one of the most beautiful Spanish cities, with its lined orange trees, horse-drawn carriages, mixed architectural styles and wonderful tapas restaurants. Spain’s fourth largest city is also a great holiday destination to be taken into account during winter season, as the temperatures are mild (almost 20 degrees) and the waiting queues for all major touristic attractions are short.
